How to Be a Successful CEO

The recruiting process is quite effective at making sure people have the requisite intellectual capabilities to sort of do the work. The question is less about aptitude and more about, I'll call it kind of like bias for action. Most people who apply to our program can do well in their interview process if they have some type of personal exposure to small business. To be a small business CEO is a lifestyle that appeals to some people and it does not appeal to others.
