The world is talking about chat GPT right now. I think it just passed a law school exam. It's the epitome of a worldwide knowledge management tool, and that sort of thing will start to be available. The large language model technology and the generative AI, it's going to completely revolutionize KAM in general. We refer to this as high value moments of knowledge capturing.
