I would rather be living in a future where the number of people who enhanced their cognitive function and had more control of their fight or flight response, I don't care. You can make laws, but people aren't going to follow them if they're stupid. There's also things that are flat out, illegal and considered wrong, that actually should be a matter of policy. And at a certain point you're like, okay, the risk is very low, whether it's a legal risk or a biological risk. And the cost is effective.
