The Role of Design System Teams in Education

Design system teams can play a really important role in education that we talked about. I remember something that we used to do at Babylon was we had Ian from Tetralogical join our kind of component review calls as a sort of accessibility representative. We must see it as an opportunity to educate and the same obviously with design systems but working in the open doing design reviews in the open giving people exposure is key.
