Are Your Editors Freelancers or in House?

Are your writers kind of freelance by nature? Or you are you hiring in house with air quotes, like ar the employees or mean, how do you find these writers? I we have some employees that say more on the kind of the management side. But for the most part, they're all free lancers. They're generally english speaking, but it can depend. You know, we have different contingents, sumin costa rica, for example.
