How to Get People to Join Your Mailing List

KU means you can't offer part one as a free download from my site as an e-book. I would ideally like to get them onto my mailing list somehow. Am I still permitted to have say at the end of part one a link to get like a DVD extra for lack of a better term by signing up to my mailing list? Absolutely. That's standard practice.
