I think the biggest thing to echo Jesse would be try to find community and I think for me you know for my OCD recovery journey like Instagram is particularly been great because there's so many wonderful OCD advocates or clinicians on Instagram. Being disabled or having a chronic illness can really chip away your confidence so just sort of reminding yourself that you know you're doing the best you can in a really hard situation. Just because you know your life is different than other people doesn't mean that it's not gonna be a great life.
