Is There a Mindset in the Workplace?

i feel like we both could feel a disturbance in the forest, where there's folks out there listening to this. And i certainly experienced that when i started with a very specific nitchion what i do, and now it's expanded beyond that. So how does mine set fact or into this? And what are some of the things that you see and you ou have to help people get past so that they even can do this work and get to a place where they're building real authority?
