The complete opposite of a controller is the person who's a supporter. A supporter is somebody who not so concerned about the result. They are more concerned about the feelings. So you got to present them in a dominant and formal way. The downside of a supporter that they show bike a door mat. People walk all over them. Their voice doesn't count.
