I'm a great believer in taking the best of what people have done making sure it applies to my community and delivering it particularly when you use ARRS roles intelligently. In Surrey for example where the top one percent of a population that was attending A&E the most there was something like a thousand to one ratio of their attendances in general practice to their A&E attendances. By targeting personalised care targeting it with an S social prescriber bringing in the consultants you know in that integrated neighbourhood team and delivering it deliberately so you do have to invest time but actually the number of GP contacts started to reduce significantly.
