Hypocalemic Periodic Paralysis - What's Going On?

The patient had been on h c t z for eight years, and labs in their system showed that he had become more hypo calemic over that time. Handed up kneating over 500 mics of k while he was admitted. Over about 72 hours, 420 of those came in the first 36 hours. Mhis k normalized and he was out to the floor. There were no further episodes of loca or paralytic symptoms.
