The New Hardest Problem in the Value Chain
In the pre-internet era, you have these sorts of bundles on one side, solving a hard problem. On the internet, that bundle got exploded, broken into a million pieces and actually broken down into individual articles,. The bundle was completely gone. Once the various constraints went away, you had this massive abundance. And then the new player could come in, solve the problem, and aggregate all the customers together and make all the money.
