How to Get a High Return on Investment When You Open Your Own Restaurant

You can either buy a restaurant and spend money on ads to get people into your restaurant while you actually have no idea how to cook, or you learn how to cook from a book, but you're not that good at it. Or you can go to cooking school and you can work in an actual restaurant for a while and hone your chops.
