I think ultimately, to get the correct answer on this, Bogey would have to give us a specific answer. I kind of lump them all in together because I think it's been described in so many different ways and just gets confusing. With myo reps and clusters, it's a case of where you're shooting for like this total number of reps across so many sets done with a specific rest period or whatever. But I see them kind of get over like layered in one another where they have similarities.
