The Choice Is Exactly What We're Doing
A lot of people's pelvic trauma, low back pain, lower GI, reproductive issues are very often tied to attention as a consequence of some boundary trespass and that tension is still kind of locked in there. We're inviting it to come in as a more objective, pure witness type of way. A lot of the stuff just needs to be noticed that it's been hidden and the noticing of it. And I've definitely found that if something doesn't want to move, it really needs to be witnessed. It wants and needs to be witnessing.
