Is Your Child Not Going to Go to School if I Don't Do These Things?
A good job gets a bad rap because it is used as the stamp of approval that can be said so automatically on our part. But there's also a way to say a good job that's quite authentic, where you're looking in their eyes and you know that they've been struggling with this,. And you might then genuinely say, o good job. It's about our intention. No ulterior motives. Just sharing with you how i feel, what i'm noticing. You're working hard with that shovel, working hard. That's not a valued judgment. You can tell when somebody's working hard.
