The Role of Middle Managers in Organizational Interrelation

Middle managers are responsible for one or more teams producing, you know, whatever it is. They tend to focus on their team, but particularly in larger organizations. It is not those teams that are reliant on other groups to actually get work done. So if you had middle managers who were involved in those handoffs and dependencies working together, rather than separately in their little silos, it's very likely could work out a workflow that work smoothly.
