Do You Have Phone Numbers?
I didn't have a phone number for the first three seasons. And then i realized how important that conversation was to the customer. There are some days i get more orders over the phone than i do through the web site. I'm trying to figure out some other unique ways. Maybe callonly if they can schedule times to talk, that might help me. These are hard to find customers, so i don't want to outsource that.
