The markets, due to inflation, economic growth and wages and all that, it ties in to the prevailing interest rate for the markets. So adam issues out this bond. He's willing to borrow money at three %. If i'm correct, and interest rates fall over the next couple of years, as i suspect they will, interest rates on the prevailinginterest rate go down.
