Scrum Agile

We are flirting with something called shape up, which is like a tool that was invented by the people behind something called Basecamp. It kind of takes another approach to features where you have some developers and a designer doing a feature without doing other stuff. So they're protected for like four to six weeks. And we have been doing it with some features the last couple of months and it's great. We have a lot of freedom from management or from CTO. But I guess this also comes down to the fact that our CTO, he thinks this is a great idea, right? If our CTO didn't think that, then the power would be cut. Yeah. Great.
