The High Temperatures in Guangdong Province
Guangdong consumes more electricity than anywhere else in China. More than 20% of his power comes from other provinces and Yunnan is the biggest supplier. Guangdong province has just entered its peak season for energy consumption, which rises sharply from June to August due to high temperatures. For those factories, a few months before Christmas is their busiest season of the year.
