Jacob: I'm trying to acquire a location for a franchise like auto-care franchise in the New England area. The owner has had it for like 30 years he's there every day six days a week even though he's not doing any repairing work but I see that as a risk. Kenny Zach Bryan Lucas: You're gonna have to at some point give up the reins on locations to someone else so to speak and like let them in just the day-to-day right? And brian's the best example just because he's got 30 right, it would be insane for him to try to drive to 30 locations every single day if they were local.
