Housing is still very much a semi secure investment m but at the end of the day, it all trends towards the american market. If you want your way to wealth is through facinino buying up all these streets and having poor people move in and extracting em rent from them. What you want doesn't fucke matter unless you have capital. It's just because all our capitalisms are not as developed as what you guys have. But i was going to say also, this is something that's not mentioned or spoken of alot either, which is the direct political influence... politicians direct the play in in anti renter and pro landlord legislation.
