Right time can be of great importance when you're in one of these new fields. We started with it, but we got on to more interesting things. So you get to talk about your fund. That's because of a arcane rule, rule 506C, which lets you talk about your venture. The biggest downside is that you have to verify that the investors are accredited.

Brom Rector is the founder of Empath Ventures, a VC fund that in invests in early-stage psychedelics startups. Prior to founding Empath, Brom sent several years as a portfolio manager and quantitative researcher.
