Monastory Schools Work on Interest

The monastary system works on the basis of interest. It's a big, open room. Kid walks in, teacher looks to see what the kid is already interested in and doing with,. And they then teach that day's lesson through what the child is already engaged with. So it the only pedagogical system that i know of that works through interest. An gen momentarily interested.
