"I put my assistance contact information. So I said like, Hey, if you have a problem with me ever, here's my contact information," he says. "So at least there's someone else, right? And he can be like a mediator, he can kind of help out." He adds that his new assistant will be on the ICF board with clear directions for how to contact them.
