I want to talk about the similarities and differences between designing a restaurant, a hotel and a Broadway show. When you did that show, I understand that you had been meeting with directors for years prior, but just sketching solutions. What started to emerge out of that was my recognition that the real opportunity that was most interesting to me in theater is transitions. So it felt like very vital territory.
