The Biden administration is facing three lawsuits over its plan to ease student loan debt. The White House says anyone who doesn't want debt relief can just opt out of the policy. A judge has weighed in on the first suit and said, okay, yeah, I'm not convinced here. If they're granted standing, then they could get a temporary restraining order or potentially some kind of injunction that could prevent the federal government from implementing it.
