Coaches are always working in a wider context and how do we make that more visible. Our role as coaches is finding a way of bringing bring the system of the team into the room to create awareness and also to create connection between the team and its wider system. It's essentially about coaching the relationships between entities in a system um coaching the the point of impact between members so you know this even in in a small team there's a team I'm coaching at the moment where one team members been really very central to the team's functioning, organization and she's now taking a six month sabbatical.
