What's the Single Biggest Lesson for the U?
Wales is a small country, and we have access to politicians and civil servants. We actively seek the engagement of people from the women's movement and from business and the trade unions in their policy making. So i think it is easier in the devolved nations to insure there's a wider range of actors involved in policy making. But i also think what what alison is talking about about e gende main treaming, is very important because there's more to gender equality than the relationship between work and family.
