Should I Take Ritalin Every Day?

Liz Decks has a serotonin thing which is a bit better than Ritalin. It was the first thing I noticed when I started taking Liz Decks, mood and motivation. Long term adherence to medication isn't great so after five years most people stop taking it. But in terms of medication holidays, such as you're at home, you're not going to do work, and therefore should I take a break?
