It would have been a very different story if she had confronted him, or saved him as she wants to do. But then you wonder, save him from what, because the character is suicidal. The only appearance of Roshati that's not called into question is when she sees his face on the movie poster. So she's at that point between having been passionate about the company and wanting to leave it.
