Message Broker vs Message Agent - What's the Difference?
Sagas are stateful work flows, for lack of a better phrase, that respond to events. They're identified by a unique identifier and are persistent in some data base. Mass transit supports two type of sagas the one we talk about the most is the state machine sagas. You can define states and events and correlate em together and use em to orchestrate work flows. It's not only more secure, but it also feels way simpler too.
