Michael Sabia's Appointment to Run Hydro Quebec

There are opportunities, but as the Premier keeps reminding Quebecers suddenly, we don't have enough hydro power. It will be interesting to see what kind of people Michael Sabia attracts around him,. There is a chance that they will reinforce each other's ideas about full speed ahead to dams. And I would predict that it's going to be at least as hard to build new dams in Quebec as it would be to build new pipelines.
