The Russians' Strategy for a Second Strike War

Putin knows that not everybody in the West is particularly happy with this war. So he's trying, I think both strategy at the moment, more likely strategy at those. The next thing happens, they are going to have Ohio nuclear launching platforms, submarines close to the Russian coast in the Arctic Sea and in the Pacific. And we are going to go into Cuba to again, and Cuba to again at this point is going to become dangerous because Putin knows that and everybody.
