Making a Mountain Out of a Molehill

There are going to be sometimes when you're going to have those moments where you think I don't understand anything this person is saying. And it really is, this is a classic case of making a mountain out of a molehill. It means making something into a really big deal when actually normally it never really turns out as bad as you think it's going to be. Some people can speak on the phone for hours, some people the first thing they think about is picking up the phone but in my case it's really not. So this is something that I've had to practice in Spanish so I've got personal experience of this and I've got the experience of lots of my clients out
