I'm 33 right now. Do you have any advice for me? And for the rest of us that are around that same age, twenties, thirties? You know, I just read a book called running with the buffaloes and it's a, it's a bout CU, a CU cross country team. "Dream big, dream big, be smart, you know, invest in yourself, invest in a coach," he says.
Don McGrath is the author of Vertical Mind and an expert on mental training for climbing.
