People are asking for the acknowledgment that ther are people, first of all, and that as people, they have individual needs and requirements. So how can we devise a plan that satisfies my needs and satisfies someone else's needs? I you know, i always used to laugh that a companies were really happy when employees came in at seven o'clock in the morning. It showed they were really dedicated. And so creating a schedule that meets an individual's personal style as well as their dal responsibilities is important.
