How to Conduct a Post Purchase Survey
I think post purchase surveys are good for two main reasons. One is if you're launching a new channel and you want to see the impact of the new channel in a more qualitative way that doesn't rely on pixel issues. The second place it's valuable is actually like if you're a younger brand and you don't really understand why people are buying your product. If I were running a brand today, I'd email that customer right after an hour after they make a purchase and be like, Hey, here's the survey, please fill it out.
