Is There a Safe Way to Use Artificial Sweeteners?

There are 35 hundred products in the us using artificial sweeteners. Not enough medical literature ti really strongly show one way or the other that yet these things actually are pretty safe. There's it does kind of seem to be like chuck, were at this point in history where there is a lot of this stuff out there. It seems like every study that you find has a contradictory study with just completely opposite findin. They're like ei ther their cancelling each other out.
