The Importance of UX in Product Development

The experience you create for your users is just as important as a service you provide. I don't think you produce good stuff unless you really properly understand why. There's some good advice in the takeaways and so on, but I got all hung up on economics. You have to be prepared always to go back and redo and recode some stuff.
