Forrester's Confession Was Recanted

In exchange for the information, Forrester was granted immunity from prosecution. But he was only going to be granted that if he hadn't committed the murders,. So they kind of like played a little game. And two weeks later, he recanted. The confession is recanted and investigators are looking for anything that can tie physically Forrester to these murders. They came across a charge from 1969 where Forreter was actually arrested for sexually assaulting a 14 year old girl. Now unfortunately, district attorney Steven Goldsmith didn't think this was sufficient to prove his guilt. If I was on a jury, I don't know if that would move me. It's just not enough.
