The Importance of Pre Thoughts on Reality TV

We don't like to show a lot of pre thoughts while in those big reality shows, they like to cut back to those scenes so they can really show their emotions. But our role is to not show that many pre thoughts. They only use a sound bite as an underlying thing on top of a B roll that we're going to use. So it really is like a backup. It's a very good backup and some intro to introduce what we're doing. You know, actually we used to also record post thoughts and do like an ending summary, but then we realized like retention wise and stuff.
