There's no UL for fiber. There's an adequate intake, but there's no upper limit,. When the committee got together, it's like we don't have any data that humans or omnivores can adapt to very high fiber diets. And I think Dr. Jenkins has done some of his portfolio diets where you get vegetarians and you get them up to, we know you can 75 grams of fiber, you can consume it. So yeah, that's a physiological benefit for sure. But as we move down that path, are we going to supplement fibers into foods for everybody? You actually have to get your fiber to show a physiological benefit before you can add it into foods and count
