In some sense, it's never been kind of easier to get into high quality products and projects right now due to the drop in price. We don't know what these assets are inherently worth when you put them out there. But like, it's up to the free market to price them. And so when that happens, I feel like there's the hard to call a bottom you're like trying to catch a falling knife, right? It's impossible and dangerous.
