There's just a lot of things that we take for granted as problems that might not be problems if we were exercising as much as we should. So the, you think about like the low carb diet or getting sugar out of your diet and like carbs and sugar are actually very useful if you're exercising a lot. But they may be harmful or might just, you know, spike your blood sugar, do other bad things if you're not exercising. And I really don't think that you're living healthy if you're having no cardio at all right? Yeah. You're going to have good inflammation markers and you're going to go to no blood sugar spikes but pretty weak cardiovascular and heart disease
