The Importance of Procedural Knowledge in Coaching
There's no bad coaching um there's just coaching maybe with poorer decisions as a consequence of fewer mental models around different ideas and and different processes. I think the idea of curiosity is being crucial now if I was just on that bit then I would say well you are not very good at saying what everyone else isn't so definitely we're doomed to be in this business for too long. We've been working with a country's governing body but one of the things I've suggested to them is they might want to look at a professional competence along the lines of you might learn something which you might not use for a while. You can start to unpack it a little bit you can tweak it,
