The Hardest Thing About Sales for Founders

In today's world sales has been industrialized. And it's easy to kind of over-industrialize sales in the founders' mind. What I try to teach founders is if you happen to sell electronic toothbrushes online, you may have a linear funnel. If you're not careful, you might think that your funnel is linear. The world, the better models, a popcorn machine, which is we never know. We have all these kernels in, we have all this heat that we're applying underneath and the kernels are kind of popping out randomly. This is it marketing the attribution problem.
