I wanted to create a spectrum, rightn so again, the sices are not like the worst offenders. Carbohydrate induce insolent resistance from whole foods is very rare. But i think people could eat a lot of carbohydrates in a day and not become insolent resistant if it's from white rice, sweet potatoes, fruit. Again, those are different levels, for me, of desirability for people. I would say get a fasting insolent less than five is ideal. Mine has consistently been three. You can back it up with a sea pap tide.
