What's the Best Way to Build a Desktop App?

We wanted to build an app that lived in your many bar or your task in many of our windows. It's something that would have been very challenging to do with flutter web because you would also have to like wrap everything inside of electron and build the desktop stuff for both windows. What we wanted to do was to have a really perform an app and we believe that like the best way to go was to just build it for the desktop and not have a rapper around that. And then also if you have a calendar event, it will set the status with like the text inside of that. Just by the icon as your current event.
